Everyone participating in this amazing 30 day gratitude challenge is halfway through it today. So exciting to be practicing gratitude for 15 days straight! 😇 The prompt for the 15th Day is health. Often ignored, we tend to take health for granted until the day when we don’t have a good enough supply of it. According to me, it is the most important thing that anyone can have and is valuable than all the precious things on the earth. If you have it, you can enjoy life to its fullest and its absence ceases to make life a joyous experience. Each and every thing that you eat and drink should be a conscious action in order to nourish the body and not just add in junk into something as valuable as our bodies. Our health is also influenced by what we think and speak which is why it is unhealthy to entertain and ponder over things which can possibly hurt us.

The fast paced lives that we all lead, require us to be at our strongest mental self and ready for challenges which is why we should try out best to nourish ourselves inside and out. Everyday, express gratitude for the good health you are gifted with.
